She shook his hand, but didn't let go right away/

"Not so fast, Desmond. If I hadn't given a good interview two days ago and scored those heal sprays, the shoe'd be on the other foot. Lucy's as tough as she is she is charming, and I don't need to tell you how charming she is."

She turned to the stands, raised Desmond's hand, and pointed to him.

"GIVE IT UP FOR DESMOND AND LUCY!"

The crowd cheers loudly for the dynamic duo!

He didn't know what to do with his face. He smiled awkwardly and waved a little to the crowd. It was a weird feeling. But it wasn't bad.

"And KeEep it going for the winners, Calico and Orlok!" His voice wasn't nearly as loud as hers, and of course it had to break as well. Fantastic.

Lucy barely even noticed. She looked around at the crowd briefly, bow bouncing as she turned, before returning to checking herself over half-heartedly. Humans were weird.
