Trash Bandits (D3, Early Morning)

The pristine grounds of the Oceanside Hotel look a little different this morning: the gates leading to the dumpster area have been pulled off their hinges, and garbage and refuse has been strewn across the area in a disorganized mess. A few guests are gawking at the apparent perpetrators of the event: three Panchin, one adult and two juveniles, are rooting through the garbage and gulping down the food scraps discarded by the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel's concierge is watching from a distance and fretting. "Excuse me!" she calls out, nervously glancing back to the ravenous monsters. "Can someone please help drive these things off?"
One of the guests steps forward and tries to make calming sounds, but the largest of the Panchin just swipes at him, drawing blood as he staggers back. Clearly, these monsters are in a surly mood...
Participants: 3 Wranglers (with their Monsters) who are not participating in the tournament today. Post your initiative rolls in your opening post.
Victory Conditions: All three Panchin knocked Unconscious or driven away.
Rules: This is a combat thread. Characters should include their Initiatives and the Initiatives of their monsters in their first post; you may make your initial post and then edit the Initiatives in after you've rolled them.
All characters begin 20 feet from the Adult Panchin and 30 feet from the Juvenile Panchin (Juvenile M and Juvenile F).
Wrangling: Characters may use the Wrangle Skill to influence the Panchin. To do so, the character uses a Standard Action and makes a Wrangler (Energy) Skill Roll against the Willpower of the targeted Panchin (i.e., Difficulty 2). Each time a character attempts to Wrangler a Panchin (regardless of success or failure), the Difficulty of future Wrangle attempts against that particular Panchin increase by +1 for the remainder of this event. Unconscious Panchin can't be influenced in this way.
The Success Value of this Wrangle (Energy) Skill Roll is worsened by 1, due to the monsters being hostile, and is worsened by an additional 1 if anyone is in combat with any of the Panchin (which is extremely likely outside of the first round). If a Panchin is Bloodied, or if it is offered suitable food (better than garbage), the Success Value of this Skill Roll improves by 1.
On a success, the character can force the Panchin to perform an ordered task (such as running off). The Panchin won't perform any task that endangers themselves or the other Panchin.
If a character gets a Raise on this Skill Roll, they may choose to make the Panchin become Bonded to them, at which point it leaves combat for the rest of the event (though it will return after the fighting is over).
