He seems genuinely surprised to receive a compliment, considering the injured monster in the girl's arms. He offers an uncertain smile and bows respectfully. "You as well. She packs a punch, for such a sweet little one."

Nyx stomps her foot in agreement. She gives Ari an affectionate nudge with her snout before prancing her way back across the arena to Rayfe's side.

[Ari]

"I can treat Nyx's wounds, if you'd like." Ari said, setting Llyan down and taking out a medicine kit.

She quickly began treating the deluzo's wounds. For the most part, it was just a matter of addressing the pain.

Rayfe's eyes widen with surprise at the expert care Ari is able to administer to her monster. "I- sure, if you'd like..."

He steps from the wrangler area and approaches Ari and Llyan. Nyx trots happily out to meet them, ignoring her slight limp as she eagerly sniffs at Llyan again.

[Ari]

Llyan, feeling much better, smiles at both of them.

"Hello, Nyx. I'm Ari. I'm going to take a look at you, okay?"

[Rayfe Drathmire]

Nyx looks up at her master for permission. He nods, at which point Nyx steps forward into Ari's arms and drapes her neck over the girl's shoulder as she gets patched up.

[Ari]

Ari quickly and carefully cleaned and bandaged Nyx' wounds. She wasn't as familiar with Nyx as she was with Llyan, but she did what she could.

Llyan meanwhile climbed up Ari's back to offer Nyx a hug.

Nyx stomps her hooves excitedly once she feels better. She leans up and gives Ari a sloppy kiss on the face.

Rayfe's expression softens somewhat. "Thank you... That's very thoughtful of you. We appreciate it."

In response to the hug, Nyx begins to prance joyfully around the arena, giving Llyan a ride on her back.

[Ari]

Standing, she offered her hand to Rayfe. "Good luck, tomorrow."

[Rayfe Drathmire]

"Thank you." Rayfe gives her a firm handshake. "It was an honor to be your opponent."

[Ari]

"Thank you, I learned a lot."

Llyan was now running around with Nyx.
