That's bait (Day 3 Early Evening)

[Ari]

"I think he may be... unique." she said.

Loll moved up beside her, leaning in to sniff and inhaling deeply.

"I hope there aren't more like him."

[Milo Whitewood]

"Me too!" Milo replies a little too quickly, giving away his feelings on the matter. "Um. Sorry."

Diva was far less restrained. With the Nappen now a 'friend' she trots over and walks side by side with him. As usual she was looking for attention.

[Ari]

"I do like unique things, though." Ari smiled, giving Llyan an affectionate scritching.

Noticing Diva, Loll leaned over and sniffed. He leaned further, until his nostrils were almost touching the warwolf. He then inhaled deeply again.

[Milo Whitewood]

"He's definitely unique." Milo agrees with a laugh.

Diva didn't mind the sniffing. Sadly for Loll, the Warwolf didn't have any particularly interesting scents about her. She was mostly metal after all.

[Ari]

"I'm glad we found him." she said, petting the nappen's rough coat. "I think he needs someone to watch over him."

[Milo Whitewood]

"Someone sensible, like you." Milo agrees. "It must be dangerous for a Nappen to wander around on their own."

[Ari]

"A young one like Loll, certainly." she agreed. "Us kids need to stick together."

[Milo Whitewood]

"Mm-mm!!" Milo completely agrees with that sentiment. "You said it Ari."

He watched as Diva and Loll seemed to walk alongside each other without any issues. That was a good sign.

"I didn't say, but, uh, sorry you went out the tournament."

[Ari]

She shrugged. "I probably shouldn't have entered, honestly. I hated putting Llyan through that. She did a good job, though."

[Milo Whitewood]

"She did, yeah..." Milo felt bad for Ari and Llyan after Ari's words. "Um, so, what are your plans now?"

[Ari]

"I came here to learn more about different monsters. I'll keep doing that." she smiled.

[Milo Whitewood]

"I've heard there's another tournament to the South." Milo comments awkwardly. "But I guess... that wouldn't interest you anymore then huh?"

[Ari]

"Tournaments are still a good place to meet people and study monsters. I'd be interested."

[Milo Whitewood]

"Cool!" Milo perked up and shared all he'd heard about another upcoming tournament from Ashley. "So, it's called the Summer Hinterlands Tourney..."

In time he'd also suggest they ask AMBA for more details.

[Ari]

"I think that could be fun. I'm definitely interested." she nodded. "What do you think, Llyan? We could just watch, if you don't want to fight."

The deluzo seemed uncertain, but nodded.

[Milo Whitewood]

"Since it's to the south I'm sure there will be lots of new monsters to see. Probably lots of Nappen too."

[Ari]

"Are there any monsters you'd really like to see?" she asked. "Anything you've heard about, but haven't seen in person?"

[Milo Whitewood]

"I'd like to see an Armathyst or maybe a CYBRIX. I've heard a lot about both." Milo flips the question. "How about you Ari?"

[Ari]

"A gelidon would be cool." she grinned."something big like that would be interesting to study."

[Milo Whitewood]

"What's a Gelidon?" Milo hadn't heard about the elusive giant beasts from the far North.

As they spoke Diva began to range ahead to get a good view of the way back.
