Rain and Romance (Day 6, EN)

[Milo Whitewood]

Diva lets out a joyful bark and even puts up with the lick so the pets would continue for longer.

"Yeah, I know Ari. Hey." He waved at Ari. "Had a good day?"

[Ari]

"It's been a pretty quiet day." she said. "But, good. How about you?"

[Milo Whitewood]

Milo gives a thumbs up. "It's been fun. Actually, Mara and I tried to lure a Staguar in the plains after the closing ceremony, but we found lots of Firebirds instead."

[Mara Froste]

A few squawks from the pen Mara had brought her other monsters out of let Ari know how that went.

[Ari]

"Oh, wow." she smiled. "They're beautiful. I considered going out to see what I could find, but the rain made me want to stay in town."

[Milo Whitewood]

"It was really wet out." Milo agrees. "But maybe they like the rain? We didn't see any when we went without it, right Ari?"

[Ari]

"That's true." she nodded. "I'm happy for you. They're magnificent."

[Mara Froste]

'I think they'd make some beautiful hybrids. The newborns will be adorable.'

[Ari]

"Did you have any pairings in mind?"

[Mara Froste]

'Well, there's Tinder here who will hopefully breed with Mr. Wiggles. Other than that it's a male and a female. We could breed them to each other, but this could be a good opportunity to try with other monsters. The female is extremely well behaved if not a little lazy and the male is a bit secretive. Though, I guess tall, brooding, mysterious man has an appeal.' She went over to the pens and unlatched them so the other two could join.

'Did you guys have a nice nap?' Queue a round of beautiful birdsong and rubbing against Mara's hand. It kind of stung and Blitz got to work licking it.

[Ashley Elle]

Ashley arrived pushing her baby carriage. Mr. Wiggles was prepared for this. He not only had his top hat from before, but a bow tie and a cape.

[Mara Froste]

Tinder chirped in excitement having seen the dapper Mr. Wiggles. 'Glad you were able to make it. Shall we get started then?'

(Breeding roll Mr. Wiggles x Tinder, co-op with Ari don't forget we're +2 dice for romantic scene, diff 4, 1 damn diff 9)

[Ashley Elle]

"Sure." Ashley removes Mr. Wiggles clothes and set him on the floor so he could make his way to the Tinder. He was a little nervous since Tinder was often on fire. But Tinder's excitement seemed to relax him a little.

[Ari]

Ari pondered for a few minutes. Loll was unusual, to say the least. It would be best to have a better understanding of his unique personality, before trying to breed him. Jeff was still fresh from the wilds and, as curious as he was, it might be difficult to entice him.

She picked up Llyan, ignoring her current fiery appearance.

"What do you think? They're pretty, aren't they? So warm and bright. I know you like that. You're still wearing their look." She set her down. "Go ahead. Make friends."

[Mara Froste]

The male Tayirramad stepped forward. Opening his wings wide, he strutted around, trying his best to show off for Llyan. 'His name is Dante.'

The fire bird trilled, chirped and warbled out the best song he could think of. The female, Tinder tweeted her approval but kept her eyes on Mr. Wiggles. The male ended by preening his fluffed chest feathers and giving Llyan the cutest doe eyes a bird could manage.

[Ari]

Llyan looked at Ari with sone uncertainty, but did not back away from Dante.

"I think we have a workable pair." she nodded at Mara.

Hopefully, it would go better than it had with Tinder and Mr. Wiggles.

'So we can try your two males with Milo's fire bird and Ashley's vespark...' Mara got to work helping Ari with the Dante and Llyan pair. 'Ashley and Milo, you may, umm.. want to look away for this.' This is going to prove a bit too enlightening for non-breeders.

Unfortunately, Llyan did shy away in the end.

"I think Mr. Wiggles should have his privacy." It felt weird to watch Mr. Wiggles and Tinder, so she made a point not to watch.

[Milo Whitewood]

"Maybe we're all making this too busy?" Milo ponders aloud. He shrugs, not knowing much about breeding. He'd only travelled with a construct after all. You couldn't breed them!
